The Board reserves the right to move into closed session to protect the public interest or needless injury to the reputation of an individual for any action item listed on the agenda. The Board may, at its discretion, change the order of the agenda to accommodate unforeseen issues related to an agenda item.

Rationale: 

Dr. Rupprecht is recommending approval of the 2016-2017 Ralston Education Association (REA) negotiated agreement.  The 2016-2017 REA agreement represents a 4.2% total package increase.  The recommended agreement includes a base salary of $34,000.00 which represents a $550.00 increase to the base salary. Multiple adjustments were made to the contract all of which were outlined in detail in the red-line copy of the recommended contract.
