A complete copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted on the back wall of the Board of Education meeting room.

Public Comment Sign In Procedure - Anyone wishing to address the Board of Education must submit a written request form, found on the public’s table, prior to Public Comments.

The Board reserves the right to move into closed session to protect the public interest or needless injury to the reputation of an individual for any action item listed on the agenda. The Board may, at its discretion, change the order of the agenda to accommodate unforeseen issues related to an agenda item.

Rationale: 

This proposed action will allow us to upgrade the AV system in the Board of Education room to allow for better communication and presentation during board meetings and staff training sessions.  The proposal replaces the front projector with an 80" flat screen monitor and adds a 60: flat screen monitor on the side of the room for our audience and Board Members to see the information better. All of these elements will be integrated into the existing sound system.  The submitted proposals are attached for review.

Our current technology utilized at the POS for our food service stations is unreliable and outdated.  We are seeking to replace the existing technology with new technology to improve our food service accounting accuracy and speed.
