2. Discussion on Old Post Office Land
Discussion:
The committee decided to have rock placed on the area and a decorative fence put around it.

3. Custodial Resignation

4. List of Repairs and Building & Grounds Projects Before 2024-2025 School Year
Discussion:
The list looks thorough. This committee will have a walk through of the building when school is over for this school year.
Dr. Conradt will contact Chuck Denny and/or Kucera Painting for painting in the areas that require special equipment to reach the height of the area.

5. Discussion on Ag Building Project
Discussion:
Estimated money that will be collected by early fall was shared. We will meet as a committee before completing the 24/25 budget.

6. Transportation Report on Mileage and Service of Vehicles
Discussion:
Transportation spreadsheet was shared and discussed with the committee.
The bus grant notification has been postponed from April till late summer. Discussion was held to consider purchasing a bus now and then later, if we receive the grant. Dr. Conradt will get bids and the time frame.
