14. Consider CDBG Downtown Revitalization Grant Application for Neujahr Home Center, 470 N. 5^th Street [2025-1] for exterior cleaning and painting, awning and signage in the amount of$10,080.45 of which $7,560.34 will be eligible for reimbursement from the City’s CDBG award
and the remaining $2,520.11 to be the sole responsibility of Leslie Neujahr; *
 

15. Consider authorizing City Clerk Comte and Deputy Clerk Matchett to attend the IIMC Annual Conference on May 18-21, 2025 in St. Louis, MO; *
