Consider Ordinance No. 1510 on 3^rd & final reading annexing the Tim & Lori Wollmer property located in the South half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 15 North, Range 3 East of the Sixth P.M., Butler County, Nebraska, with a physical address of 1375 C Street (Parcel #120035672); *
 

11. Consider Ordinance No. 1511 on 3^rd & final reading annexing the Amy Dayhoff property located in the south half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 15 North, Range 3 East of the Sixth P.M., Butler County, Nebraska (Parcel #120035673) being legally described above; *
 

12. Consider Change Order No. 3 for Harold K. Scholz Co. in the amount of $17,837.50 for the ‘2023 AGP Substation’ project; *
 

13. Consider Change Order No. 9 for IES Commercial, Inc. in the amount of $42,416.52 for the‘2023 AGP Substation’ project; *
 

14. Appointment of Gary Meister as the Floodplain Administrator; *

15. Appointment of Alan Zavodny as a part-time City Administrator; *

16. Consider Ordinance No. 1512 setting the part-time City Administrator pay; *
