12. Consider the amendment to the Professional Service Agreement with the Southeast Nebraska Development District for the Downtown Revitalization Project; *
 

13. Consider the agreement with JEO Consulting Group, Inc. for Ballfield Restroom Addition; *

Consider hiring Butler County Concrete & Design to install a concrete waterway in the easement between 14^th and 15^th Streets in Block 2 of the Kozi Addition and splitting the cost between the residents that abut the project, i.e., Mr & Mrs. Chris Kozisek, Jeanette Heins, Mr. & Mrs. Chad Toelle, and Mr. & Mrs. Brian Behrns;
