8. Consider Resolution No. 10-2026 authorizing the direction for call regarding certain obligations of the City of David City, Nebraska;

9. Consider Ordinance No. 1540 to authorize the issuance of General Obligation Various Purpose Bonds, Series 2026B, in an amount NOT TO EXCEED $6,400,000 for the purpose of paying off interim financing for the costs of water and sanitary sewer improvements within the City;

10. Consider Resolution No. 11-2026 authorizing the direction for call regarding certain obligations of the City of David City, Nebraska;

11. Consider Ordinance No. 1541 to authorize the issuance of Electric Utility Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2026, in an amount NOT TO EXCEED $1,050,000 for the purpose of refunding the City's outstanding Electric Utility Revenue Bonds, Series 2023;

12. Consider Ordinance No. 1542, providing for the levy of a general business occupation tax pursuant to the community development law;

13. Consider Ordinance No. 1543, approving a general business occupation tax agreement and authorizing the City's purchase of an occupation tax promissory note;
