Recommend approval to the City Council a special exception from Kris Flammang/Tri-Star Investments (in care of Mark Wacker) to allow a structure containing only residential uses in the Central Business (CB) at property legally described as the East Forty Feet (E 40') of Lot Seven (7) and Eight (8), Block Fifteen (15), Original Town to the City of McCook, Red Willow County, Nebraska (a/k/a 109 East "C" Street); said special exception based upon special exception requirements A - I.
