Discussion:
Dr. Joel shared highlights of the 2026-27 budget and provided a summary of the budget workshop held on August 24th, 2026.
Vice President Kubicek discussed the thought process behind not accessing the cash reserve to offset the $1.2 million loss in state aid. Vice President Kubicek shared possible deficits in Foundation Aid that could possibly further limit the amount of state aid provided to Norris School District. Vice President Kubicek shared further details regarding his research on per pupil spending, etc.
