Mrs. O'Dell updated the board regarding the national Career Pathways Conference she attended earlier this month. Mr. Strom and the Board also discussed the different breakout sessions they attended at the State School Board Conference last week.

Mrs. Eckhardt presented to the Board a potential contract with Nebraska Behavior Specialty for registered behavior technicians who would work in our district as a contracted service. The contract would be temporary while we are developing our own staff to support students with significant behavioral needs. The contract will be brought forth at the December Board meeting.
