3.A. Discuss and provide a recommendation to the City Council on approving the E-citation system for the Police Department.
Discussion:
Lt. Menagh reported that Crete presently has a waiver, which is in place for a set period of time.

3.B. Discuss creating or amending the code enforcement officer position.
Discussion:
Tom Ourada reported that the Community Service Officer position would be amended to Code Enforcement Officer, which would work in conjunction with the building inspector and the city attorney to additionally deal with property code violations. No action was taken. The City Attorney will prepare a proposed revised job description for committee consideration.
