1. Open Meeting

Rationale:

In accordance with Nebraska law, a copy of the Open Meetings Act can be found in the back of the Council Chambers.
Items listed on the agenda may be considered in any order.

2. Roll Call

Rationale:

Attendance of members will be recorded to determine the presence of a quorum for official actions.

3. Items of Business

Rationale:

The Committee may discuss or limit discussion on, hear testimony in favor of or in opposition to, or take action to provide a recommendation to the City Council on any matter presented under this title.

3.A. Discuss making Fairway Drive no parking from 2 am to 4 am.

Discussion: Fairway Developer, Ron Sack, requested the committee to consider changing Fairway Drive no parking from 2 am to 4 am. Travis commented that there isn't enough justification to make it no parking at this time due to there not even being houses on the development yet to cause an issue.

3.B. Discuss the three bids for the 2021 gap paving project and provide a recommendation to the City Council on the selection of a contractor.

Discussion: Tom Ourada informed the committee of all three bids for the gap paving, with Bauer Underground coming in the lowest bid. Ourada recommends to accept Bauer Underground's bid.

Motion to recommend Bauer Underground's as the contractor for the 2021 gap paving project. Carried with a motion by Travis Sears and a second by Dale Strehle.
