1. Open Meeting

Rationale:

In accordance with Nebraska law, a copy of the Open Meetings Act can be found in the back of the Council Chambers.
Items listed on the agenda may be considered in any order.

2. Roll Call

Rationale:

Attendance of members will be recorded to determine the presence of a quorum for official actions.

3. Items of Business

Rationale:

Action may be taken to discuss/limit discussion, to hear testimony in favor of or in opposition to, and to approve or disapprove any matter presented under this title.

3.A. A Public Hearing for the purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions or observations of taxpayers relating to the following proposed budget.

Discussion: City Clerk - Treasurer Jerry Wilcox explained the budget documents that will be submitted to the state. The receipts and expenditures reflect the NDA funded project to replace the fuel system. The restricted funds and exceptions were explained and meet the statutory requirements for the spending lid.
There were no comments written or in person from the public.

Open a public hearing on the proposed budget for fiscal year 21-22 Carried with a motion by Kirk Keller and a second by Anthony Fitzgerald.
