Rationale:

Attendance of members will be recorded to determine the presence of a quorum for official actions.

Rationale:

4.A. Consider authorizing an additional 1% Restricted Funds Authority for fiscal year 2021-2022.

Discussion: City Clerk - Treasurer Jerry Wilcox explained how the restricted and exception calculations provide for the statutory spending lid compliance. The additional authority will allow for increased funds if needed in the future.

Discussion: There was some discussion on maintenance that needs to be done to runways and equipment.

5.A. Airport Manager Report

Discussion: Shaun Krzycki reported that a neighboring landowner has been complaining about the use of the grass runway. There was one plane observed going in too low, and he has been addressed about the rules and requirements for use of the runway.

5.B. Authority Chair and Member Reports

Discussion: There is a reported leak in the rood on D hangar, so the contractor doing hangar #3 will be employed to check on D hangar.
Hangar #3 and Skydive Atlas leases will be finished by City Staff and delivered to the Manager.
The propane tank issue for hangar #2 has been resolved. The new lessee in hangar #3 will have to acquire propane services.

Rationale:

All items listed on the consent agenda will be approved by one motion and vote. No separate discussion of these items will occur unless the Chair, an Authority member, or a citizen so requests. If such a request is made, the item will be moved out of the consent agenda and considered separately.
