1. Open Meeting

Rationale:

In accordance with Nebraska law, a copy of the Open Meetings Act can be found in the back of the Council Chambers.
Items listed on the agenda may be considered in any order.

2. Roll Call

Rationale:

Attendance of members will be recorded to determine the presence of a quorum for official actions.

3. Items of Business

Rationale:

Action may be taken to discuss/limit discussion, to hear testimony in favor of or in opposition to, and to approve or disapprove any matter presented under this title.

3.A. Hold a public hearing for the purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions or observations of taxpayers relating to the fiscal year 2022-2023 proposed budget.

Discussion: City Clerk-Treasurer Jerry Wilcox informed the Authority that these are the same numbers presented at last month's meeting. He walked through the budget forms, noting that we received the valuation back and it was added to the forms. Also, the airport is currently debt free, so there is no property tax request this year.

Open the public hearing at 8:15 am. Carried with a motion by Kirk Keller and a second by Anthony Fitzgerald.
