Alivia Hartman presented her report to the board.

3.3. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
The York Regional Meeting is on September 15, 2021 at 4:30. At the state board meeting it was passed to shelve the health state standards. The board was selected to present at the State School Board meeting in November. Dr. Fields discussed not being a member of NRCSA, the upcoming ESU meeting with attorneys about open meeting laws, staffing shortages in food service and transportation, legislative redistricting battle. Superintendents have messaged NDE and asked them to slow down and not move forward so fast on important matters. We have had a great start to the school year.
