A. Call to Order and announce location of Open Meetings Act Poster

B. Action Items - Discuss, consider, and take all necessary action

B.1. to open and review the bids submitted by the 4:00 PM Deadline, on April 25th, 2017, and announce the bids.

B.2. to approve or reject the bids received from any and all general contractors and to discuss and approve the next step in the process.

B.3. to select a Financial Firm to handle the lease purchase agreement to finance the school building project.

A motion was made by Brett Hammond and seconded by Janna Tripe to select First National Capital Markets Public Finance Omaha to handle our lease purchase agreement to finance the school building project. After discussion and on roll call vote the Board voted as follows: Failed.

Scott Prickett: Nay

Lori Tripe: Yea

Motion 2 Failed:

A motion was made by Jerry Kovarik and seconded by Allen Brugh to select Ameritas to handle the lease purchase agreement to finance the school building project.. After discussion and on roll call vote the Board voted as follows: Failed.
