A motion was made by Lori Tripe and seconded by Janna Tripe to approve the consent agenda. After discussion and on roll call vote the Board voted as follows: Passed.

A motion was made by Lori Tripe and seconded by Janna Tripe to to approve consent agenda, which includes Oct minutes, General Financial, and Activity Financial report(s). After discussion and on roll call vote the Board voted as follows: Passed.

A motion was made by Brett Hammond and seconded by Lori Tripe to approve the receipts, expenditures, and payment of claims from the General Fund for $440,975.98 and from Activity Fund for $16,886.84. After discussion and on roll call vote the Board voted as follows: Passed.

A motion was made by Janna Tripe and seconded by Jerry Kovarik to adopt/approve NE College and Career Ready Science, Mathematics, Social Studies, and English/Language Arts standards for the 2018-2019 school term. After discussion and on roll call vote the Board voted as follows: Passed.

A motion was made by Scott Prickett and seconded by Lori Tripe to approve cooperative sports for Cross Country with Southern Valley for the 2019 and 2020 (2 year agreement) seasons. After discussion and on roll call vote the Board voted as follows: Passed.

A motion was made by Scott Prickett and seconded by Brett Hammond to approve the District Audit report, as presented and submitted to NDE, by Bentley & Kisker, CPAs. After discussion and on roll call vote the Board voted as follows: Passed.

A motion was made by Brett Hammond and seconded by Allen Brugh to trade in the 2011 van and get 2018 2500 Xpress LT with 15,900 miles and to authorized Superintendent Davis to negotiate price. After discussion and on roll call vote the Board voted as follows: Passed.
