Lisa Kaufman moved to approve the agenda and Art Frerichs seconded. Approved 4-0.

VI. PRESENTATION and DISCUSSION with: Jodi Ruzicka, Financial Advisor
Discussion:
Casey Debus read the minutes from the last meeting. Art Frerichs moved to approve the minutes and Lisa Kaufman seconded. Approved 4-0.

VI.1. Consideration of suggested investment policies
Discussion:
Ms. Ruzicka presented three separate investment strategies with their pros and cons. She also presented a sample investment policy and suggested the foundation develop one and review it annually.

VI.2. Presentation of recommendations for investment alternatives

VII. CONSIDER/POSSIBLY DETERMINE ACTION RELATED TO MATURING CDs
Discussion:
Maturing CDs
Casey Debus moved to put the funds from the three maturing Swanson CDs into a conservative balanced hybrid strategy with Raymond James. Art Frerichs seconded. Approved 4-0. |

VIII. Consider/possibly approve joining the NAPSF (Nebraska Association of Public School Foundations)
Discussion:
Nebraska Association of Public School Foundations
There is a $100 annual membership fee to join. Lisa Kaufman moved to join the NAPSF. Bill Watson seconded. Approved 4-0. |
