Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada explained that there were some changes made in regards to the frequency of testing from 6  to 2 tests in 12 months.

Motion Carried:
Recommend to the City Council on the amended Non-DOT Anti-Drug Plan. Carried with a motion by Kyle Frans and a second by Ashley Newmyer.
