Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada explained that communities charge up to $80 for SDLs. Ourada suggested $40 which matches what the Liquor Control Commission charges.

Recommend to the City Council Ordinance 2206 relating to Alcohol Special Designated Licenses requiring payment of $40 when submitting an application. Carried with a motion by Dale Strehle and a second by Ashley Newmyer.

Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada explained that with specialized vehicles IRS mileage rate does not reflect the quarter million dollar vehicles. This amendment to fee schedule better reflects that. The $40 SDL is on there, and amusement device.
