Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada explained that there is a family in town that would like to make a donation to the Crete Volunteer Fire Department. Crete Volunteer Fire Department Rescue 2nd Lieutenant Phil Oelschlager stated that they would like to apply for a donation from Pinnacle Bank's foundation for the possible Rescue Truck replacement.

Recommend to the City Council authorizing the Crete Volunteer Fire Department to apply for a donation from Pinnacle Bank's foundation for the possible Rescue Truck replacement. Carried with a motion by Kyle Frans and a second by Tom Crisman.

3.B. Consider Ordinance 2265 Amending Section 5-402 of Bureau of violations process 
Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada explained that this Ordinance has the changes mentioned at the last Public Safety Committee meeting. City Attorney Anna Burge explained that the changes include payments to be made at the Police Department with the Administrative Assistant. Fines shall be in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each violation if paid within seventy-two hours form the date of issuance. After seventy-two hours the fine shall be fifty-dollars ($50.00). Fines pertained to handicapped  parking shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) if paid within seventy-two hours and two hundred dollars ($200.00) after seventy-two hours.

Discussion:
Chief of Police Gary Young stated that this Addendum#2 is adding the City of David City, The City of Crete, and Butler County 911 as parties to the Interlocal Agreement. Young stated that there will be another agreement once this one is updated.
