Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, explained that it is for projects that have already been approved. Tom also discussed that it is a 30-year loan with almost no interest.

Recommendation was made to the City Council to approve JEO Advertise and Bid the New Well Transmission Main Project. Carried with a motion by Anthony Fitzgerald and a second by Dan Papik.

Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed how this is a shed house and there are some on the outskirts of Crete. Currently, someone is looking to build one in or near the city limits in zone R1 or R2.
