3.A. Crete New Well and Transmission Bid Results and Recommendation 
Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed how happy he was with the bid results and how he would like it to be recommended to the Council to accept the low bid.

Recommendation was made to the City Council to accept the low bid for the well project from the Van Kirk Bros. Carried with a motion by Anthony Fitzgerald and a second by Dan Papik.

3.B. Revised Bid Recommendation for Airport Hangar 
Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed how the low bidder retracted their bid, and it went to the next lower bidder. The City did not want to rebid, as there was no guarantee from the lower bidder of bidding again, making them have to pay the bid bond. The Fire Marshals also had recommendations that would make a change order to this bid. Tom also mentioned that the state would like the City to move on this tonight.

Recommendation was made to the City Council to award the hangar project to the second low bidder, as well as accept the pending change order per the Fire Marshalls recommendations, as well as go after the bid bond from Casper Construction for the lack of ability to accept this project as the apparent low bidder Carried with a motion by Anthony Fitzgerald and a second by Dan Papik.

3.C. Request to have carry out parking designation Old Main 
Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed how Old Main would like one, possibly 2, parking spaces designated for 15-minute parking to be used as take-out parking. After further discussion and concerns, the committee members decided to have more time to think about this and table it for now.
