3.A. Consider Ordinance 2276 amending wages and salaries
Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada explained that there is one change on there that's consistent with the previous conversation on the Finance Committee about efficiency and cost savings. Ourada explained that they are retasking the Social Media Coordinator/Specialist position and when they would be interacting with another department they all hourly. We moved this back to hourly. The exemption status we had to alter.
