  • Health Savings Account (HSA) Monthly Deposit (2nd Pay Period of the Month): The specified amount will be deposited monthly into each eligible employee’s HSA as shown below.
  • The amount is prorated based on the employee’s Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) status and hire date
  •  The employee must contribute a minimum of $10.00/pp to be eligible for the employer’s contribution.
