Discussion:
The Committee discussed the list of applicants and projects for the second round of the Downtown Revitalization Program. Amounts were allotted to each applicant with the goal of leaving a cushion amount for possible price increases.

Recommend to the City Council to award the projects listed for the second round of the Downtown Revitalization Program. Carried with a motion by Jack Oelschlager and a second by Kyle Frans.

Discussion:
Due to the number of changes, the Committee decided to just recommend the ordinance or its first reading. This will provide more time to go through the changes more closely before recommending to enact the ordinance.

Recommend to the City Council to introduce Ordinance 2145 and have it read for its first reading. Carried with a motion by Jack Oelschlager and a second by Kyle Frans.
