Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada explained that this ordinance is simply bringing back the Recreation Coordinator position that was previously removed in light of the schools changing their sports programs. Ourada briefed the Committee on a recent conversation with the school regarding their pending sports program changes. The majority of those changes are not happening, which is why the City will be continuing their sports programs and will again need a recreational coordinator. The salary will be the same as it was prior.
