Discussion:
Captain Jon Puckett explained the benefits of the Memorandum of Understanding with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). The benefits include reimbursement of salaries and other costs related to certain cases. HSI also gives you access to tons of different free, online training programs as well. It's a win-win for both parties.
