City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that they approve singular uses administratively-but for multiple-day, use goes to council.

Discussion:
Fire Chief Tod Allen explained that they haven't had a rate increase since 2017. One Billing Solutions in Omaha is their billing company. They would like to do a 10% increase. This increase would generate $35,000 more per year. They currently have 130 accounts in collection. One third of those are uninsured.

Discussion:
Fire Chief Tod Allen explained that the department is in need of new gear. The 5 sets that need to be replaced are over ten years old. By ordering these 5 sets they will be compliant.

Fire Chief Tod Allen explained that they had a tanker repaired in the amount of $4, 342.65. It is now back in service and being used.

Chief of Police Gary Young explained that this mini-grant to participate in "Click it or Ticket" would allow them to carry out the traffic enforcement campaign.
