Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that Liz Cody, the new Park and Recreation Director, completed an analysis and came up with a higher rate for the pool parties. Ourada explained that he would like to keep the pool pass and daily rates the same to keep them affordable for families.

Recommended to the City Council approving amending the Master Fee Schedule to change pool party rates. Carried with a motion by Dan Papik and a second by Dale Strehle.

Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada explained that having ADA accessibility to the park  and new restrooms is part of the improvements.

Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada explained that it would be to transfer the Sertoma building at Tuxedo Park to the Saline County Ag Society. This would only be the building, not the land it sits on.
