3.A. Consider a recommendation to the City Council on the request for increased DTR funds in the amount of $5,200 from Scott Skala. 
Discussion:
Mayor Dave Bauer asked if this increase was all price related to the original until now. City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that it is supposed to be. Council member Tom Crisman asked what work was completed and in what building. Ourada stated that Scott Skala discussed this with Southeast Nebraska Development District. They reviewed it and but he needed to submit a letter to the City for increased funding. 
City Attorney Alison J Borer stated that if she is reading the letter correctly, 20% is $2,800. Ourada stated that the increased amount would be approved by SENDD, not what Skala is asking for. 
Council member Dan Papik asked if Skala could submit some documents with a breakdown of the expenses.

Tabled the recommendation to the City Council on the request for increased DTR funds in the amount of $5,200 from Scott Skala. Tabled with a motion by Tom Crisman and a second by Dan Papik.
