Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada explained that this is a reoccurring request. Mayor Bauer worked with Lori Moldenhauer on collaborative efforts to bring back the Meals on Wheels Program. 

Mayor Bauer stated that there are currently about 10 families being served with the Meals on Wheels Program. There are volunteers every day to deliver the meals.

3.B. Consider a recommendation to the City Council on the City of Crete Financial Policy. 
Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada explained that this Financial Policy is a combination of parts of the one we had and Norfolk and Hastings. Ourada commented that the amounts mentioned in the Financial Policy are according to state statute. 
City Attorney Anna Burge reviewed the Financial Policy and Mayor Bauer and City Administrator Ourada talked about it.
