4.A. Discuss fuel sales at the airport.
Discussion:
Airport Manager Will White mentioned that he had a conversation with Pat Reed who wanted cheaper fuel prices. 
City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that Aaron Scheppers owns the inventory and City Attorney Anna Burge stated that if they default on their contract it may be terminated. 
White mentioned that the fuel price is Seward and Beatrice is cheaper and he is going to find out how much exactly it is. He thought it was around $5.90 in Seward and $6.00 in Beatrice and in Crete it is $6.10 or $6.20. 
Ourada mentioned that there might be a possibility to do a package deal with Scheppers so that maybe he could drop his fuel prices.

4.B. Discuss policy for events at the airport. 
Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada mentioned that with events taking place at the airport there needs to be a policy in place. 
With this policy, people would adhere to not shutting off access to airport patrons fueling or needing to go to the office. 
White mentioned creating an agreement that people sign.

Discussion:
Mike Kalkwarf informed that the AirMethods door is unfinished. City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that it does need a new door and that is a conversation to have with their corporate office. 
Ourada mentioned that City Attorney Anna Burge will be writing a letter to AirMethods to let them know. 
Kalkwarf informed that the farmer has moved his crops and that the documents were signed and the project was completed. They continue to spray the cracks and clean them out and seal them.
