Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that this is an area by Old Mill Park that the city had already considered vacated. This is required in order to complete the legal documentation with the county.

Recommend to the City Council on the Quitclaim Deed to Clevette Rentals, L.L.C. located at The West forty (40) feet of vacated Mill Street, located in the Original Town of Crete, Saline County, Nebraska. Carried with a motion by Dan Papik and a second by Anthony Fitzgerald.

Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that this is an attempt at an Administrative Subdivision from Dittmer & Dittmer L.L.C. for the 1st portion.  It is not perfect. It does technically meet the standards but could be better.

Discussion:
Blue River Arts Council president, Shaylene Smith updated the committee on what this change order would be for. Smith stated that this was for some clean up and cross basing for phase 1. She stated that last month the Arts Council raised $61,000.
