Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that this is something that is done every year and can be increased by 1% cumulative in action. This is an important base for future increases and is something Ourada recommends being done.

The Finance Committee entered closed session with the committee members Dale Strehle and Kyle Frans. The City Council members Tom Crisman and Anthony Fitzgerald. City Administrator Tom Ourada, City Attorney Anna Burge, Clerk-Treasurer Jerry Wilcox, and Human Resource Director Wendy Thomas.
