Discussion:
Cemetery Board member Kathy Stastny stated that she had some concerns with section markers being inconsistent, some taller and some shorter. Cemetery Sexton, Jason Dunham explained, that for example, in the Kuncl addition, the markers start with 10 and go down to 1. There are sometimes 6 and 6. The amount varies depending if there is a tree. They usually start in the north and one section starts with 50 and one starts with 1. Dunham stated that GIS Technician/IT Amerson Aschoff has completed a lot of work on the website.  The website helps with locating the section and lot of the burial site.

Alison Clevette and Jason Dunham will talk to decide what to do about the roses and plants.

Discussion:
Kathy Stastny stated that this is going to be the last meeting of the year. Stastny mentioned that the first thing they will be addressing next year in March will be officers. She said she would like to continue to serve as head of the Cemetery Board and if there is anyone else who would like to be Secretary. Linda Unger stated she would like to be secretary.

Discussion:
Kathy Stastny went over items on previous agendas that have been completed, including rock on the Blue River Cemetery road, City Administrator Tom Ourada sharing the budget and GIS Site. Stastny mentioned that many communities don't have a cemetery board. Stastny thanked the Cemetery Board members and stated that they would meet again in March or April next year.
