Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed that they have done work for the City over the years and are very inclusive. He also stated that their rates are pretty well in line.

Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, explained how they help write grants and do the grant administration. You have to be a Certified Grant Administrator with DED and having them do this and the administration is a good thing.

3.D. Discussion on Waste Connections Franchise 
Discussion:
City Administator, Tom Ourada, discussed how Waste Connection is coming up for renewal. Discussion was made about other firms from Lincoln making bids in the past. Tom stated that it wouldn't be a bad deal to do an RFP and open it up. More was discussed on issues that the City has had with the garbage company.

Discussion:
City Adminitrator, Tom Ourada, explained that this is the annual write-off. This is intended to be done annually, but it has been a little over a year and the City was reminded by auditors.

Discussion:
City Adminitrator, Tom Ourada, explained this expands on the City's exciting ordinance. This will allow to occupy the right of way for a certain amount of time by equipment or material.
