3.A. Consider the Maintenance Agreement No. 57 between the Nebraska Department of Transportation and the Municipality of Crete. 
Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that this is the Maintenance Agreement No. 57 between the Nebraska Department of Transportation and the Municipality of Crete. Ourada stated that it went down a little bit but the lane miles stayed the same. Mayor Dave Bauer asked if it has ever gone up and Ourada stated that when the City annexed some property it went up.

Recommend to the City Council the Maintenance Agreement No. 57 between the Nebraska Department of Transportation and the Municipality of Crete. Carried with a motion by Dan Papik and a second by Anthony Fitzgerald.

3.B. Discussion on vacating and sale of alley
Discussion:
Discussion was held on the vacation and sale of an alley. City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that Marybeth Chanchavac and her husband would like to request and alley vacation and would like to purchase it to make the property conforming. Ourada explained that someone built and addition that is in the alley of the 1658 W 13th St. Ourada stated that there are a number of encroachments in this area and what the committee and council decide to do will be setting a precedent on how to deal with these types of situations. 
Mayor Dave Bauer asked if a part of the alley could be vacated or if it had to be the whole thing. Ourada stated that it could be a part or all or whatever the council decides. 
The committee decided to recommend to the City Council to vacate and sale of the entire alley up to the property of 1658 W 13th St for a dollar a square foot.

3.C. Consider Airport Manager Contract 
Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada explained that the new manager Justin Haack, and his wife, Samantha. Justin brings an FBO (fixed base operator), avionics, and mechanic business to the airport. 
 Ourada explained the fuel agreement is going to expire this year. Ourada stated that Justin Haack will be managing the fuel as part of managing the airport but won't be getting anything out of the fuel. The fuel profits will go into the general fund.

3.D.  Consider Ordinance 2233 amending new deposit rate once deposit is returned 
Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that there was a deposit rate where if it had to be paid back in the ordinance at one rate and then under that in the ordinance another rate. This amendment would make that match.
