Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that Anna Burge is not the Commission Attorney. She is the City Attorney.

3.B. Discussion on FY24 CLG Annual Report Form 
Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada stated the Certified Local Government Annual Report is not required to be completed this year. However, Ourada stated it would be a good idea to look over the report form so they all know the expectations for next year's report.

3.C. History of Crete Report 
Discussion:
Historic Preservation Commission member Janet Jeffries gave a PowerPoint presentation on the history of homes in Crete. Jeffries explained that there have been many style of homes in Crete that were inspired by other places in the United States and from around the world. 
Some of the home style mentioned in the presentation were the following:
Queen Anne
Late Queen Anne
Neoclassical Revival 
Richardsonian Romanesque 
Arts and Crafts
Prairie Style 
Bungalow and Airplane Bungalow 
Pueblo Revival 
Lustron 

Historic Preservation Commission Chair Tom King asked if the next presentation by Janet Jeffries could be video recorded.

Discussion:
Historic Preservation Commission Chair Tom King stated that he met with historic preservation planner Ed Zimmer. King stated that Zimmer is willing to talk to the Crete Historic Preservation Commission. King also stated that Kelli Bacon, Certified Local Government Coordinator/Out Reach Coordinator/Easement Coordinator with History Nebraska, also recommended some resources for the commission. King also mentioned he spoke to Bacon about grant funds for materials.
