3.A. Discuss the idea of deeding a minority share of the Isis Theater to the Blue River Arts Council (BRAC) to enhance their equity position. 
Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that by deeding a minority share of the Isis Theater to the the Blue River Arts Council (BRAC) they would be able to leverage grants. Ourada stated that possibly deeding over 49% and the City of Crete keeping 51%. Ourada further explained that the City has to maintain ownership for 5 years.

3.B. Discuss the Blue River Arts Council (BRAC) submitting a new or amended application for a loan guarantee
Discussion:
Shaylene Smith, Executive Director with the Blue River Arts Council explained that they would like to renew the loan guarantee application in the amount of $325,000. Smith explained that they are in need of $310,000 but would like to apply for $325,000 in case they need to purchase anything else. The $310,000 would be to pay contractors what is owed.

3.C. Consider the LB840 Application from Crystal Alarcon for Crystal's Bakery 
Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada explained that this application is from Crystal Alarcon for Crystal's Bakery to help renovate the exterior front and side of the building. They plan to reconstruct the wall, add new wood covering with new material and stucco to match the side of the building. Ourada stated that Alarcon's project would cost $9,000 and could qualify up to 50% of the cost which is $4,500.

Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada explained that this LB840 Application is from Valerie Cochnar for Uneta Boutique to help her business expand by seeking funds to purchase a commercial-grade embroidery machine to custom-stitch apparel and accessories. Ourada explained that the applicant is seeking assistance with the purchase of the machine that costs $12, 388.55 and could qualify for up to 50% of the cost, which is about $6,194.28.
