City Attorney Anna Burge stated that there will be a public hearing at the next City Council meeting on the City of Crete Economic Development Plan.

Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that the Southeast Nebraska Development District membership is worth it and is of good value.

Recommend to renew the the Southeast Nebraska Development District membership Carried with a motion by Tom Crisman and a second by Dale Strehle.

3.C. Discussion on amending Food Truck Ordinance
Discussion:
City Attorney Anna Burge stated that she researched what other communities are doing and what their requirements are for mobile food vendors. There was discussion on concerns with the Food Truck Ordinance and the requirements and if there would be a limit on the time food truck vendors can be parked.
