5.c.i. Action Item: Upon recommendation of Achievement Subcouncils 1, 4 and 6, the motion to authorize the CEO to enter ELC programming agreements with a school approved organization. The organization is to fund extended learning and instructional coaching in the amount of $444,364.38 Summary Sheet (attached) for the 2022/2023 fiscal year. Approval is contingent upon Council approval of authorization of the elementary levy and the 2022/2023 fiscal year budget for the Learning Community.

5.c.ii. Action Item: Upon recommendation of the Executive Committee, the motion to authorize the CEO to enter ELC programming agreements with the Bellevue school district to fund instructional coaching in the amount of $ 309,000 Summary Sheet (attached) for the 2022/2023 fiscal year. Approval is contingent upon Council approval of authorization of the elementary levy and the 2022/2023 fiscal year budget for the Learning Community.

5.c.iii. Action Item: Upon recommendation of Subcouncil 3, the motion to authorize the CEO to enter ELC programming agreements with school districts to fund jumpstart and extended learning in the amount of $315,269.16 Summary Sheet (attached) for the 2021/2022 fiscal year. Approval is contingent upon Council approval of authorization of the elementary levy and the 2022/2023 fiscal year budget for the Learning Community.
