Chairman Boettcher opens a public hearing to consider a Conditional Use Permit submitted by for Christ Lutheran Church, for new signage on Lot 2, Transformation Hill Addition (750 Angel’s Share Drive), City of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska, for twenty-five (25) years. (This item was postponed at the regular meeting of the Planning Commission on May 4, 2021.)
