Chairman Boesiger opens a public hearing to consider an Ordinance amending the City of Blair Zoning Regulations Section 10 by adding Section 1008 SHC – Special Mixed Use Agricultural/Highway Commercial District (SHC), as an overlay district intended to accommodate unique land use and other distinctive characteristics of the east-central area of the Agricultural/Highway Commercial District (ACH).

Chairman Boesiger opens a public hearing to consider a Conditional Use Permit submitted by Robert Busboom, 1129 Skyline Drive, Blair, Nebraska, to allow a warehouse with inside packaging of an all-natural and organic humate and enzyme mixture for agricultural use on Lots 4,5 & 6 in Block 86 in the Fourth Addition to the City of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska (202 S. 10th St.) for 10 years. Humate is described as a natural soil additive that contributes to healthier plants and better soil. It is not volatile.
