Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada explained that the step up to the Police Captain position was actually a decrease in salary, so his recommendation was to raise the salary amount to reflect the position.

Recommend to the City Council to enact Ordinance 2163: An ordinance amending the City Officer and Non-Bargaining Unit Employee Salary and Wage Exhibit. Carried with a motion by Jack Oelschlager and a second by Kyle Frans.
