3.A. Discuss the preliminary drawings from Gilmore & Associates for the pass through drive of the City Park project.

Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada explained the preliminary drawings to the Committee, including a new ADA playground and parking area, along with brand new restrooms. The design allows us to save the existing trees, which will provide great shade for the park.

3.B. Discuss a reduced rate for people who go to the pool to watch children and do not swim.

Discussion:
Mayor Dave Bauer stated that there is already a reduced rate for those who are visiting the pool, but not swimming, which is one dollar. It was discussed and suggested that this be talked about with the pool manager to make sure everyone is aware and on the same page with the reduced rate.

Discussion:
Committee members brought up doing something with Gus Stoll Park, such as adding a swing set and possibly some new fencing. Committee member Jack Oelschlager stated a community member, who is willing to help out with Gus Stoll Park, also asked about a parks advisory board. This was brought up at a previous meeting and is in the works.
