Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada mentioned this would authorize to go out for bid. They are expecting the price to be around $600,000 and it could go into the 7 figures. They would buy it up front and have it ready since it does take time to get.

Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada mentioned this is separate from in-kind. Scott Bartels mentioned that they have received more requests from parents and now have been making two runs for Crete Public Schools. Bartels mentioned that they have been providing transportation to Smithfield Foods, Crete Area Medical Center and Crete Public Schools. Committee member Kyle Frans asked if the numbers went up from last year and Bartels answered that they had gone up since last fiscal year. Mayor Dave Bauer mentioned talking to Crete Public Schools. Mayor Bauer also mentioned Saline County Area Transit soliciting funds from other entities that use transportation. Frans asked if another driver would be hired. Bartels mentioned needing another vehicle. Committee member Dale Strehle asked what part of funds is Crete's portion? Bartels mentioned that Crete's is $18, 036 and the county portion is $6,200.
