Shaylene Smith with the Blure River Arts Council explained that this is for little change orders.

Discussion:
Shaylene Smith with the Blue River Arts Council explained that since August they have been able to raise $100,000 and they have those funds in the bank. There is more fundraising in process and more change orders as funding becomes available.

City Administrator Tom Ourada explained that this application went to the LB840 Economic Development Advisory Committee and the money is in the LB840 fund and not city operating funds.
