Discussion:
Chris Corr explained the Crete Municipal Airport 2023 PCI Survey Report. Corr explained that the red area in front of the hangar is not eligible. Corr mentioned that everything is in good condition.

Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that Bill Stukenholtz reached out to Airport Manager Will White to ask what would be required for him to try to give flight instruction and Airplane rental out of the Crete Municipal Airport using a Tri Pacer. Blaine Spanjer stated that Stukenholtz would have to present more information and go through all the procedures.
Howard Nitzel motioned and Greg Hier seconded to create a criteria list and come back to the advisory board for approval |

4.C. Discussion on Air Methods Communication, Bankruptcy, and Door Participation.

Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada asked if there would need to be another phone call with Air Methods. During the last phone call they mentioned that it was a city employee that wanted a taller door for future tenants. It was Air Methods that had mentioned needing a higher door for their new helicopter.
- Looking at the overall safety of the door - Seeing if what is currently there works or if it needs to be repaired or replaced. Ourada mentioned having a structural engineer inspect it to be sure it is safe. |

Howard Nitzel motioned and Greg Hier seconded to move the Airport Advisory Board meetings to the second Thursday of the month at 8:15 am.

4.E. Discussion on hangar inspection update.

Discussion:
Airport Manager Will White stated that he will be asking a tenant to move from one hangar to another. White will be addressing the tenants that have airplanes that are not in flying shape and don't have insurance. The next step if needed would be for the Airport Advisory Board to make some sort of recommendation.

4.F. Consider a recommendation on the ACIP Data Sheets.

Discussion:
Chris Corr explained the CIP Data Sheets. Corr stated that 1st is the partial taxi way for 2025 and a rough cost would be 1.7 million dollars. Corr explained a couple different options for hangars a T-Hangar or a Box Hangar. The Intent is to protect the area for future growth. Corr went over some funding options and if the project is in 2025 they can use the BIL in 2026. Corr explained that if they did an 8 place T-Hangar in 2026 it would be about 1.6 million dollars. Nitzel stated he believes they need a box hangar. Corr explained that the Pavement Redevelopment Project needs to be on the list for federal funds. Projects are fluid to move around.
Nitzel motioned and Hier seconded to recommend the ACIP Data Sheets to the City Council. Chris Corr mentioned that Amy with NDOT has questions about the Exibit A regarding 3 portions of the airport land and the names on the deeds. |

Airport Manager Will White mentioned that the snow plow has some cracks and will need welding to repair them. White also informed that he cleaned the upstairs office.
